    I attach the relevant page from the Royalty Deed dated 26th August 2006 which states that..

    3.4 (a) the Well Head Value will be the gross value ...at the well head...

    which entails no costs are relevant in the calculation, neither pre nor post wellhead.

    No ambiguity here.
