JD can play his cards and try to cut a good deal for shareholders, but if he thinks royalties should be zero and holds the ML up, I'll be pounding the table for his resignation.
Look at the economics of GGG...They have to pay royalties.
JD needs to remember, any employee who burns $1.5-2million generally gets fired e.g. spent it, bought a dud machine, destroyed value. He has destroyed shareholder value to that amount and people are still cheering.
