Bureaucracy is holding up our Lisc. not Royalties. The royalty agenda has been going on for 18+ months from memory. IBG is thinking long term and it must be viable. Increase the company tax is a better way to do it and fair for both parties. If you make money you pay if you lose money you don't. How can a govt expect a company to pay a royalty if they have a bad year and lose money, it's ridiculous.
