Couldn't agree more - the lack of communications over the last 5 months from Flinders board have been nothing short of a disgrace.... especially in light of the Chairman's statement back in February

"Flinders is determined to be open and transparent throughout this process and intend to actively engage with shareholders to help you understand the potential benefits of any proposed transaction. The company will provide announcements, corporate presentations, hold webcasts and respond to phone calls and emails"

The Chairman then goes on to say "this is a lengthy process" I ask Why?  Why does this need to be a lengthy process?

This board have been a complete failure - I challenge anyone, even the board themselves to convince me of one single decision they have made as a collective that has been for the betterment of minority shareholders in the last 7 years.  

All I have witnessed is leaching of shareholder funds for salaries, plans, farm-ins, success fees, legal fees, travel costs, public relations etc. etc.

All transpiring amongst the backdrop of a raging iron ore price setting new records..... and a share price that has more than halved!
