I think most are confused with the terms financial closure - does it really mean closure lol.
I remember asking Adam a couple of months ago and he said that The ProjectAgreement defines the conditions precedent for financial close, which isautomatically triggered by the signing of the RCA and establishment of a jointbank account, allowing receipt of project funds.
