    Story bascially describes the inhaler they were planning to use for LANI - Hovione's TwinCaps(R) Inhaler.

    It is made of two simple plastic parts, with no moving mechanisms, allowing for rapid and cheap production and high drug doseages with minimal inspiration (good for sick, young and elderly).

    I haven't looked further than this article, but it looks to overcome these problems with the diskhaler.
