RPData's discounting data will be based on the discount achieved from the re-advertised lower already discounted price.
I would take everything you see in that video with a grain of salt, as they cannot or will not cater for complex data like this. From what I am seeing, properties don't sell very well until re-advertised lower in many cases over the last few weeks.
