What happened to the good old days when the bears posted RP DATA monthly numbers within minutes of their release. Well they are out and I still think they are a load of crap. APM out yesterday was also rubbish. Never ceases to amaze me how they can vary so much and still claim they are the most accurate. Hobart best performing capital city, Darwin down, Perth up 1.8% Rember when the bears provided graphs, tables and massive thumbs up Whats changed.
