IMHO MAK aquiring at least 50.1% of BON is a given. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if MAK holders start buying up BON (and accepting MAK's offer) in order to get it over the line, we're that close.
When should we expect a recommendation on MAK & UCL's bid from BON's independent directors? Further to that, if they recommend MAK's bid then I think we can count on getting a further 1.89% of BON which is what I believe the 2 independent directors own collectively.
