Does anyone know where I can get the median prices from RP Rismark, for every month in last few years?
I notice they only usually announce the 12 month price decrease (7.5% for Perth). But that is a floating 12 month period. The losses are actually more over an 18 month period, but I can't calc it easily with the dribs and drabs I can get.
If Mar 2010-Mar 2011 was down, and May 2010-May 2011 was down, it is likely Mar 2010-May 2011 was down even more than the 7.5% (which is the most they will admit)
