Adelaide is my backyard, RP data says it is 3rd worst in Aus with 3.1% down YoY, my own beleif based on my collection of 6 & 12 month data, is that (Adelaide) metro is likely greater that 8% down... but no one wants to know about the suburbs that fall... that wont be a palatable headline....
