Malaga land tax rates here in SA are ridiculous as far as I am concerned as it doesn't take too long for you accumulate land value that can seriously cost you in income terms with your land tax liability. As for the best way to reduce land tax well it is about holding properties in different entities - I personally use a company trust structure. However you also have to weigh up the additional accounting cost if you don't do it yourself and the annual company fees.
