    Hi freebrain,
    Lakes Oil had a Shareholding in RPM which they have now relinquished due to the takeover by QGC. For this LKO recieved cash and shares in QGC. The company you are talking about is GER Greenearth energy ltd which is also part owned by LKO. I hope this helps.
