rps report bigger bang?

perhaps time for a new topic.

im wondering what people think will get the best bang for buck when bringing the rps report to market. will they go into a halt mid morning, or announce pre-open.

perhaps a trading halt for a day if the stock starts to move before hand ?

they will want to get this right to ensure everyone can digest and appreciate the figure that are being quoted. they also need to put into context what they mean and how it translates to getting the gas out. as negative posters have pointed out, getting the tight gas out can be costly and time consuming. what have they learned to ensure any farm in partner will pay up big time for this gas field
