RPT redport limited

Can anyone inform me of why RPT would be about to start there...

    Can anyone inform me of why RPT would be about to start there drilling in WA when no permits exist now or in the immediate future to mine uranium in WA.
    Wouldn't it be more practicable to do some drilling in SA at Edwards Creek, where they could mine.
    It seems to me that they might have priorities wrong?

    Am I missing something ?
