I don't hold ADO on the basis of my opinion that the customers POC1, BBI etc have existing businesses, presumably lucrative, which they don' t want to place at risk. A change in technology to M&G / ADO is a big risk. Hence they want more and more study to confirm risk of a change is minimised. It will never be minimised to zero despite continual research....even if the science risk is almost zero, there are still commercial/logistic and "dont know what you dont know risks." What CEO is going to place a goldmine business at even a small additional risk UNLESS SHE IS FORCED TO?? That's where I see ADO is at, and has been for quite a few years.
I see this situation being broken by ADO only by commercial strategy and hardball tactics than by continual scientific research.
I have no idea on how ADO can achieve that given my assumption that they have offered exclusivity of the science to the various potential customers / markets for some long period. I guess it depends how hardball they played with the original technology development deals...my guess is not very hard as the excitement of getting serious customers "signed up" would have been seen as a major triumph at that stage with insufficient weight at that stage given to the commercial strategies.
The good thing is, from what I read , is that Bouris (spelling) could be up to the challenge and be prepared to take a few commercial /legal risks to force the issue in ADO favour. Again, a guess following my other guess (which probably relegates my view to pure bs), is that the acquisition they are investigating will be a channel to market sufficient to frighten the current "partners to market" to get on board or face a big competitive threat.

Until I see some movement in this direction, I'm out and ADO isnt worth anything like $100M.
I'm watching though, because there is potential. Trouble is, my bank doesn't take "potential"as a deposit.
