    What is the difference between Flat forward and spot deferred?

    Also if I am correct Sept Qtr production (which was a down qtr due to several issues and should be ramped up in 2hfy22) was 102koz.

    Therefore is commitment is 25koz, then the hedge is only 25% of their production. Am I correct? Or am I missing something?
