When and if they IPO , ADY can buy back up to 10% @ 15% discount
Lets say they IPO DEC 2009
Because they would not do the IPO in current conditions (either would have ADY)
ADY will have all debts oweing payed back or will assume their assets in 2009
We will be a strong IO company with $$$ in the bank and we will be able to buy back into the old RLL
However with no debt now and moneys still owing to ADY in Feb 09 , we might buy more iron ore business, who knows
One thing = we are still in business and thats all that matters. Many more companys are going to off load unreachable goals (Like our RRL) due to lack of funding.
If we did not have the credit cruch I belive ADY shareholder would be patting PT on the back for his hindsight in regaurds to RRL , However life will go on and there will be other acquisitions .
