    My only guess is this might not be linked to Georgia and Puntland. And could be due to other RRS/RRL projects.

    Having said that, RRS/RRL is being driven by strong buying on the AIM:RRL (UK exchange).

    I believe that once RMP list on the AIM, we should see a better reflection of the value.

    With a market cap of ~$40m, is still a BUY imo.
