I also am a loyal shareholder, who wishes the best for RSL on every level. I would like to think that I would be the last person to be critical.
However, IMO, the announcement on 22/01/2010, was interpreted by myself and a number of others on this site as meaning that RSL had raised $5m and not $2.5m.
Now I can't argue with the facts, as I don't know them, but you have to admit this announcement could be seen as ambiguous for a non-hardcore profession sharetrader/broker; that is, to an everyday joker like myself?!?
