It would seem to me that it would be prudent and logical to drill the most promising hole first. This raises your chances of hitting 'paydirt' early, which would impact positively on the SP, and enable the company to raise funds for what is a very expensive exercise.
I see no point in doing otherwise if you have any corporate (as opposed to geological) nous.
