    WOW. Buy side has jumped from 1.8 million yesterday up tp 10 million this morning at the pre-open.
    Meanwhile, the Sell side has stayed below 2.0 million.
    An open of 34 cents or better looks possible.
    Interest in RRS is back with a rocket.
