Hmm. Nice policy of continuous disclosure. This should have been reported to the market before open today - the news was out last Friday.
Also confirms my beliefs that the federal government saw this deal as illegal and invalid. It still is, and will be until the proposed "mechanical" admendments are made. A news report made reference to the consitution containing some sort of "distribution" clause. I wonder if it is similar to South Africa's Black Empowerment policy - where by law the locals MUST own a certain % of any mineral project being developed in the country.
All just speculation at this stage. Sheesh ... someone else start looking into "the other side" (backed with reaso) I feel like a d!ckhead for making posts only with negative views!
