Federal Govt of the republic of Somalia has given the thumbs up.....For this week......Next weeks govt. who knows....it's definately a punt.Yes the charts do indicate that old adage......a fool and his/hers money is easily parted. The only winner here is.....you guessed it Mick Many Names Schemassian and his band of many men!!!!
