Clearly a large holder selling...
If it is LAR selling...and bad news follows...it would be very hard to argue that one in court.
More than likely RRS in my view...
And it would appear that some may be aware and are not giving them a hand in the deal...possibly even forcing them to chase volume lower than they hoped.
May even lead to another mop-up day as the last of the line is "distributed" to pre-arranged buyers...as per the recent end of the 100m RRS share dump on market.
RRS have all but flagged they would "rationalise" their assets...after "inexplicably" losing 100m of their CTR shares, one might suggest it would now be rational to exit entirely.
Any other board would arrange an off-market buyer...but that would require someone with real money (their own money) and not flip-cash raised from short-selling on-market. Does the CTR board even know anyone who would be prepared to take out the RRS stake with their own money...given their record of disclosure?
How long since the last announcement...during an active drilling campaign?
lol
It seems the only support this board has is from flip-traders...who raise cash (and profits for themselves) from the market (that's us)...selling into the market and retrospectively replacing said stock with placement after placement funded from the round-robin cash raised at ever decreasing prices.
That's how you go from 400m to over 1.3billion shares in just over 12 months!
Anyway...the upside (if it is RRS selling), is that delays may even be designed to stick it up them...perhaps PL's parting gesture to ensure RRS do not maximise their returns on their dump?
Clearly some bad blood there.
As I have said previously though, far too much corporate influence on CTR smothering the real story in a sea of okrap.
At least CTR should be able to return the favour one day...dumping their RRS shares...oh, that's right, the RRS shares went to "CTR nominees"...
Who are these "nominees"...and why did CTR give them RRS shares?
Imagine if these "nominees" were behind the recent RRS pump...and cashed out near the high as all good pumpers do...all of which was designed to see them cashed up to pump CTR once RRS was out?
That has the sort of confusing, "corporate influence" that should make sense to most CTR shareholders.
Just for gassed...the above could be summarised as a "cluster fart" of conspiracies.
Cheers!
