A SQUARE or a RECTANGLE is a stable system or structure naturally.I know some of the team running the RRS,Canmex,Lundin and not forgetting (Amsas Consulting though not involved directly) are really top notch experts in the E&P industry.Somaliland wants to go independent but how with just 300,000 people ...surely this is not even critical mass for going it alone.
