Laments - to feel, show, or express grief, sorrow or sad regret
Layman - one of laity
Personally, I think I'll stick to lament, due to the frustration I have with neanderthalls like yourself.
Your English and math need some work.
P.S: You never did work out that scenario I challenged you with. A wise man will admit his wrong, a fool will continue its path.
And lastly the question regarding the difference in price related to the extra money is related to the money I'd have to send Range if I converted the offer into shares.
You really seem to have some difficulty understanding this rather easy calculation and seem adamant that you’re right. Try to work it out on paper without putting any pride on it and you might get a pleasant surprise.
Anyway, the answer to my challenge was this; The shares would be more valuable until you paid $7500.00 for the rights issue, than the options would be greater by $4000.00, but that’s based on 135% compared to 50%, if the shares goto 55 and the options 130%, than the shares win. If they stay the same or anything less than the shares win. Really at the end of the day, you make your own mind which way you go, sometimes your better off not getting involved in offers if you don’t understand them. You should do really well with the options in the long term by the looks of it, so good luck.
