Looked to me like PL was suffering from a hangover, delivery and speech were out of tune. Guess we all have the hangover from the effects of this story.

All has gone so quiet now on recent apparent untidy events, like it was never there. Maybe the desired outcome was obtained and now in first gear waiting for the next shift.

As for TO, nothing is beyond expectations when we see the price of Oil, Range is both merely and importantly the facilitator of developing the oil fields of Puntland.

Hersi made it all quiet clear in saying he would do a deal with the Devil(read do whatever it takes) to improve the life of his people

One thing about Range is to discount the noise to determine a clearer picture.
