Judging by market reaction, conservative NPV took a lot by surprise. Bad only for those in for quick profits.
All part of a prudent strategy, start from ground and work it up, forms the basis for negotiations and offtake, financing discussions. When you go to a property auction things start low and build up. We wouldn't what to scare off other parties by announcing an expensive project. Put it in reach, any good fisherman knows the value of bait
