Not as you might think, 26,250,000 held in Consort are in Escrow till Oct/Nov 2008, and Consort would not be seller's anyhow, so only a further 24,600,00 RRSOA to become tradable in real terms, and even at these depressed levels, the premium, and lack of volume in RRSOA shows holders are not willin to part with them, Cheers.
