imo it's quite simple: the heads will fly once they decide what they want to do with the options:

-kill them, you'll have to wait until October

-save them, could be a pump before October

Your guess is as good as mine but your medium term (3-6 months) on the heads is a solid bet imo

I'm hopeful 28b will be drilled and measured in 6 months - you might want to stick around for that one - Likely recoverable reserves are 500m barrels with max recoverable reserves in the order of 2.86b barrels (which is based on historical seismics done by ConocoPhillips)
