your post hellyeah is factually incorrect. truth is uranium is in short supply worldwide and no they are not close down reactors, a little research of the subject shows that countries across the globe are actually making more reactors, not shutting down.
there are other problems related to supply too .. the largest deposit in australia i believe is in SA, but the state gov's of QLD, SA, WA will not allow any more mines to operate, hence, allll this uranium, but it cannot contribute to worldwide supply (hence demand cannot be satisfied).
this is why uranium in namibia has been a very big deal, not only is there heaps there, but its able to be mined. same would be true for Peru, if there is heaps there it'll be a bonanza for RRS because so far as i'm aware, the Peru gov does allow it to be mined.

as for puntland, well, if they can get it together, the resources there, oil, minerals ... that could well be almost a license to print money
