    They do not give a rats about share holders. They will issue the script to who ever they want at the price they want.
    This is another very blatant sp manipulation to ensure the script gets issued at the right price.
    It appears no one enforces the trading laws in this country so why wouldn't they do it?

    I think I will join them and get in on the deals...... cant beat em...join em.
