    RRSO are recently issued as free attaching to those who subscribed in the rights issue in feb this year. one free option for each new share subscribed for at 3 cents

    new raising is same but shares are 3.5 cents, but not a rights issue, a placement to brokers here and in uk

    hope this clarifies
