Before the RRT, I also think Nystar might make a higher bid. But CBH announcement (note, before the RRT) suggested Nystar does not intend to submit a higher bid.
Now after the RRT, I don't think Nystar will still make a counter bid, plus, there is risk that Toho might reduce the price.
I might be wrong. But for the sake of 1c gap, I think it is not worth it. There are so many good opportunities out there today (might be even better tomorrow or in the next few days.)
