    I read through the take over terms and conditions, I am afraid that any change to company profit is one of the conditions.

    I am a long term holders, although the 24c is still below my ave price, but I am still happy.

    Fingers crossed, Toho does not change their mind, or use this as an opportunity to decrease the take over price.

    I do hope I am wrong.
