So am I. But not much I can do about that except wait and hope. Like you I cant sell. I picked these up in an off-market trade at $40 to help out a friend, so each year my potential loss reduces by 28%. It is a fairly small issue which does not have to be repaid till 2011 so am hopeful, but not confident, of repayement.
