I can see the positive to increase the countrie's GDP but not at the detriment of the average people trying to maintain a basic living standard.
Surely a balance is what is implied and similar thinking may be considered with Kenyan authorities in deciding who to award mining rights to.
Swings and roundabouts are a positive thing in business.
