Thanks for posting the dialog broker update - it seems that Dialogue are more open in suggesting Balai will go ahead given they are expecting returns from next year. Sometimes , the best info is obtained from disclosure / info timing differences between JV partners

Of great interest is ROC was invited to participate in Bohai,and the block was not put up for competitive tender - that is indicate of a great relationship
