Agree with general sentiment. RSG is well past a risky proposition. Gold price will be the principal, long term driver. At 2000, $3.50 is a conservative valuation and we would be very likely to see a dividend policy well before this.
In the immediate term, it's a general case of risk on and risk off depending on the prevailing sense of market optimism. General market turnover is weak, lots of cash on the sidelines waiting to be sensibly deployed.
