to help those who dont seem to have any process underpinnign their opinions I thought I;d put this up
as you can see RSG has now risen above (broken above) both the falling high from 2016 + at this stage is above the intermediate falling high trendline that dominated last year
its just below the horizontal resistance (ive drawn it a little lower than it should be) at round 1.19
So the stock is now in early stages of a potential trend reversal - and a close above that horizontal would be the final of 3 confirmations needed to confirm the shift to an uptrend
