Hey Loki,
If you look at what RSG has paid for this gold mine then I can not help but saying it is cheap as they paid $85 Million which means about $30/oz.
For that they get a working mine and a plant now that is a bargain by all means.
Even if they have to put another $85 Million into it to get it all running as profitable business then the costs will be $60 / oz, which is still cheap.
Ofcourse at the end of the day it will all depend on the price of gold which will be the main factor to see this mine being cash flow positive.
If you believe that gold prices go up in the next few years then RSG is sitting on a bargain.
Today we saw a bit of fire work and I think there will be more to come given time.
