Just a couple thoughts to consider" 1 if the Chinese sign a JV deal with RSH there's no CE certification required" it was announced by RSH that the Chinese want some involvement with RSH" 2 If the UK exit the RU, the UK won't require a CE certification" in saying that, I have no doubt that RSH will receive the CE certification" that's all in my opinion only" and I mite be wrong" just speculation on my behalf !!!!!
