EGB, just red tape stuff. Remember that the 2nd lease had already been granted to Red Rock so it's not like the government have any environmenta or pricing concerns for example.
Though the Malawi government really needs to take it's finger out, especially as they are claiming to want to encourage Uranium exploration and mining in their country!
