1.5 month due diligence period allows time for RSL to check the history of these assets before it goes as far as a shareholder vote. Same leases (Alvey, Isenhower etc) used in various stock promotions. These are proven duds. Will be interesting to see if it does pass the due diligence as will really show directors' true colours, desperate to do any old deal, or willing to wait for the right one?
