my back of envelope calculations look pretty exciting to me, if fully diluted to 232M shares (remembering only have 126M issed currently)(I don't know about any options??) MC at .o3 per share is only $6.9M. Our share of only 500BOPD Should return over $7M pa, Im certainly no expert at reading financial anns', but that's what ive come with, FWIW
According to management 500BOPD should be achieved by dec 13, they are hoping for 1500BOPD in a further 12months time. My take is those achievement sares are only converted if old mate ('Danny Hyde'?) gets production up to specified amounts by certain dates, looks easily achievable.
