Red Rock’s uranium interests are held principally through a 27% shareholding in Resource Star Ltd (ASX: RSL) which has assets in Australia’s Northern Territory as well as Malawi. and Western Australia. Resource Star is run by Richard Evans, formerly of Western Mining Corporation, and Red Rock maintains two directors on the board. The company has carried out reconnaissance exploration on two of its properties; Machinga in Malawi and the Woolgni-Edith River project in Australia.
Resource Star Ltd plans to relist shortly on the mining board of the ASX.
