Suggest you check details on the "lock in" for disposal of their Jupiter shares. They are not prohibited from selling.
Also note that RRR price for initial JMS shares was 20c and they were considerably under water for a while after. nothing to suggest that if they dont choose the right momentg to re-list RSL these will fall back from 17c-20c. I expect market will be a major consideration for relisting, not private investor desperation. Expect 2010 is more realistic.
