Notice just released:
Participating Organisations are advised that the reorganisation of capital of Retail Star Limited (the "Company") will become effective on Wednesday 16 July 2008.
The reorganisation is by way of consolidating every seventeen (17) ordinary fully paid shares in the capital of the Company into one (1) fully paid ordinary share.
Fractions will be founded up.
The securities of the Company are currently suspended.
The following timetable will apply:
14 July 2008 - Shareholder approval
16 July 2008 - Trading would normally commence in the reorganised securities on a deferred settlement basis.
ASX Code: RSLDA
22 July 2008 - Last day for the Company to register transfers on a pre-organisation basis.
23 July 2008 - First day for the Company to register securities on a post reorganisation basis.
29 July 2008 - Despatch date. Deferred settlement trading would normaly end ASX Code: RSL.
The securities of the Company remain suspended
