    hedgies are buying at above current conversion price based on 1.04 NHC shares for every 1 RSP.... therefore I'm guessing the think this will not be the last bid either.

    All depends what the RSP board comes back with....

    Why wouldn't some of the big miners be interested in adding to their coal ops?
